The hotel offered a great breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. its location was convenient for attending the Rock In Rio festival. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always willing to help with any of our requests.
Our room had a very poor restroom design, with no door on the shower, which made it dangerous and inconvenient to exit the shower without getting the floor wet. the bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The comfort and quality of service here were exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room service was efficient and the housekeeping staff kept the room impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, it was a nice touch.
This place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I was pleased with the location of the hotel which was quite convenient for attending a nearby event. the breakfast spread was impressive with an array of options to choose from. the room had some advantages though the bed was slightly uncomfortable. the bathroom had a shower without a door which made it a bit risky to exit after a shower. the floor towel being wet was quite inconvenient.
I faced a problem with the card key which did not work properly making it a hassle to use the elevator.

The breakfast provided was great and perfect to start the day. The location was also convenient for getting to nearby attractions and events. Plus, the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
